The Cake Mom
[dropcap]T [/dropcap]his past week was a busy one for The Cake Mom. A few months ago I was contacted by the Discovery Playhouse in Cape Girardeau, Mo., to be a sponsor for their second annual FUN-draiser!
The theme of the FUN-draiser was Dr. Seuss, so they asked me to make Thing 1 and Thing 2 cupcakes.
250 cupcakes!
The cupcakes were white cake with red swirls.
It took 5 full sheet cake boxes to transport all of the cupcakes!
Thing 1 and Thing 2!
I do want to say that the original inspiration for these cupcakes came from Good Life Eats blog. Also, the volunteers for the Discovery Playhouse cut out the labels and also attached them to the cupcakes! Thank you so much!
